1. Booking and buying

To buy articles from the e-shop, the Customer must go to the dedicated area of the website (Shop). Each article for sale is accompanied by a photograph, a description and the price. It is possible to select and book the individual items proposed. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, having chosen any variants, to include the article in the cart. It is possible to add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to this time.

To confirm an order, the Customer must complete the personal identification procedure:

1. if already registered, this can be performed by e-mail address and password;

2. users who are not yet registered will have to register, by providing all the data requested;

3. without registration, when required providing the data needed to finalize the purchase.

The purchase will only be understood as complete for Gritti S.r.l. when it has sent e-mail confirmation using the "order confirmation form". In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be informed about order progress by e-mail

Order confirmation and shipment status information will be communicated via e-mail.

Gritti s.r.l reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in case of doubts regarding the veracity of the payment (incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment issues in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card) or unavailability of products. Refusal or cancellation of the order (by e-mail) may not be timely and could also follow subsequent contact by the customer.


2. Retail price

For each article the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive and net of shipment costs.

The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, the volume, weight and the place of destination, will be highlighted during the checkout process and on the form "VS order confirmation."

All of the products in the e-shop are available in stock. If this occurs due to unforeseen delays in delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products.

Gritti S.r.l. ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs problems preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.


3. Terms of payment

The Customer may pay for purchases in the following ways:

  1. PayPal circuit.

  2. Credit cards available on the PayPal circuit.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process Gritti s.r.l will be able to find out the customer's card details, which are transmitted via a protected connection directly to the bank managing the transaction. These details will not be stored on any Gritti s.r.l computer archive and Gritti s.r.l will therefore under no circumstances be held responsible for any fraudulent or undue use of the customer's credit card by a third party following the payment.

If the customer chooses to pay via bank transfer, the relevant bank details will be displayed. The goods shall only be shipped once payment has been received by the bank

4. Delivery of goods and shipment expenses

All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Gritti S.r.l., in the “Your order confirmation" will be sent by Express Courier (national or international) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The customer will be asked to contribute to the costs, which will be shown on “Your order confirmation” depending on the country the order is to be sent to.

Articles will only be sent after total order payment has been regularly registered and confirmed by Gritti S.r.l.

Products shipped in Italy are delivered within approximately 3-4 working days after dispatch, the products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 5-6 working days after dispatch. For shipments outside the EU average, it takes 7-8 working days after dispatch. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Any variation to the above mentioned will be notified immediately by e-mail to the Customer

When the order is delivered, the customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;

- that the packaging is intact and is not damaged, wet or altered in any way, including the fastening (adhesive tape or metal).

If the customer discovers that the packaging and/or the product is damaged or the number of packages does not correspond to the transport document, they must indicate this immediately on the transport document and return this document to the courier.

If there are problems with the physical integrity of the products, if the products do not match those ordered or if there are any missing products, such issues must be raised within 7 days from the date of receipt.


5. Import and customs duty

The products sold are not subject to any import or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered within Italy or the European Union.

Products to be delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to import and/or customs duty, depending on the type of product and the destination country. We cannot predict whether any or what costs may be charged to clear the goods through customs.

Nonetheless, any costs relating to import and/or customs duty are to be paid by the client.

If the goods are refused by the customer or they miss the delivery for any other reason (e.g. incorrect recipient address/telephone number; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the recipient shall be billed for the following costs: shipment of goods + returning of goods + customs for the returning of goods. The customer will however be reimbursed for the cost of the goods.


6. Right to withdrawal

The Customer enjoys a right to withdrawal, which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day the ordered goods are received.

Notification to exercise the right to withdrawal may be given within the term indicated above, by telegram, fax or e-mail. The shipment expenses for return of the goods will be at the Customer’s full expense.

To exercise the right of withdrawal , the customer must sent Gritti s.r.l a notification email to this effect within the deadline indicated to [email protected].

The goods must be sent back with an insured parcel sent carriage free; no parcel sent for payment on delivery or at the address’s expense will be collected by:

The goods must be returned intact with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), preserved and used only for the time strictly necessary to reasonably establish and verify their condition, characteristics and size, with no signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

- the customer may only exercise their right of withdrawal in relation to products purchased in their own interests; the customer may not exercise their right of withdrawal in relation to a part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, etc.);

- the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging in its entirety with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.);

-all shipping costs (and customs fees, if any) incurred in returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the customer;

Until the goods have been received at the warehouse indicated by Gritti s.r.l, the shipment shall remain the full responsibility of the customer;

Gritti s.r.l shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of the return shipping.

Gritti s.r.l shall reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid within 14 (fourteen) days from withdrawal by way of a transfer of the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer shall not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. Gritti s.r.l may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the customer proves that they have correctly returned the product, whichever is first.

In any case, the customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Gritti s.r.l ascertains that:

- the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;

- the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

- the product is missing any integral elements and/or accessories (for example fasteners, laces, buckles, etc.).

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Gritti s.r.l will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.


7. Merchandise exchange

The Customer has the possibility to change the product purchased if the size and/or color are not in conformity or to his liking.

The exchange of goods is intended exclusively for the same item purchased. If the Customer intends to proceed with the change with a different item, must make the return following the instructions in point 6 and proceed with a new purchase.

If the Customer wishes to change the size and/or color of the item he has purchased, he can do so within 14 days from the delivery date.

To exercise the change, the Customer must send to Gritti s.r.l. a communication to this effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address [email protected] indicating the product and size it intends to return, complete with order number, and including the desired product and size. We will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive the return, we will send it to the initial address. At the time of shipment we will notify you with an email. If the item is not available Gritti s.r.l. will proceed to the full refund.

The return shipment to Gritti s.r.l. is at the exclusive expense of the customer. The shipment of the new item will be charged to Gritti s.r.l

The customer can replace the size and/ or color of an item only once, but can always return it following the instructions of withdrawal.
